Our day begins and ends with them always, and they enjoy the very best of everything!

Regular Hydrotherapy

All our dogs enjoy regular Hydrotherapy sessions in our very own Underwater Treadmill Unit here on site (WESTMAC CANINE THERAPIES). This not only keeps them in peak physical condition for breeding and competing, but also provides an amazing form of mental stimulation which is absolutely essential in their welfare and happiness too!

6 Acres of Private Paddocks

Our dogs enjoy running the beautiful fields on our country property.

Exercise and running up and down the welsh hills keeps all our dogs in tip top condition.

IGP Sports Training

We regularly utilise our experience in the sport of IGP to assist us with our breeding choices, this helps us to see our dogs genetic strengths and also their weaknesses too!

By learning all about our dogs we can plan our breeding program to bring the very best to the next generation.

What Early Socialisation do you do?

We are totally committed to nurturing and raising every single puppy as a complete individual, and take time to expose them to as much positive socialisation as we can so that they leave us as confident and happy puppies that people can enjoy taking into all walks of life.

Our socialisation plan includes but is not limited to, noise exposure, machinery exposure, meeting and playing with our nanny dogs, exploring our Hydrotherapy Unit, exposure to all types of flooring, grooming, bathing, brushing, nail clipping, meeting lots of different adults, exposure to positive child interactions, travelling in vehicles and much much more!

Early exposure is just as important as good genetics to creating a happy and confident puppy, please follow us on socials for lots more examples of the work we do with all our litters to give them the best exposure we can!

What Facilities do you have?

Our whelping areas are large, spacious, well appointed and designed to provide a clean and easy to keep space for our beautiful bitches to enjoy raising their puppies.

All our areas have been custom designed by us, using our breeding experience, to create functional and totally safe spaces for both bitches and puppies too. Please do view the above video to see our areas for yourself.

Are your Dogs and Bitches Health Tested?

All our dogs have been hip and elbow x-rayed, and if they are breed mean average or lower, and bring desirable traits to pass onto future generations of our puppies, they will be included in our breeding program.

We take great care to choose pairings that we hope will better the next generation of puppies, and are constantly evaluating what we are producing in order to work on making future generations even better!

Where are you Located?

We are located in South Wales, around 20 minutes from the Severn Bridge.

How Long will I have to wait for a Puppy?

Owing to having a high demand, with waiting lists for our puppies, we urge people to always make contact just as soon as they find us if they are thinking of asking us for a puppy.

We firmly believe in quality over quantity, so you may have a short wait until we can pair you to your ideal puppy. Trust us when we say your puppy will be worth the wait!

We tend to have around 3 or 4 litters a year, so most people are able to find a match within around a year of their first enquiry.

What ongoing support do you provide?

All our puppies are sold with lifetime support. We will help you for the duration of your dog’s life where we can, and will always be on hand to help.

Every litter has a support group where you will get to know all the siblings owners as well, when you buy a Westmac you join our family!

What is included with my puppy?

All our puppies are fully KC registered, microchipped, wormed and socialised extensively!

All puppies leave with a puppy pack including food, toys, blanket with smell from home as well as other items too!

Of course all our puppies have our support for life!

Are your puppies endorsed?

YES - all our puppies are endorsed and are not available to be bred from!
