Our Commitment: A Forever Home, Whatever Life Brings
As responsible breeders, our commitment to every puppy we bring into the world doesn’t end the day they leave for their new home, it lasts for the whole of their life.
We know that life doesn’t always go to plan.
Thankfully this is a very rare problem for our puppy owners, but what happens then?
Well, if it does we never want one of our dogs ending up in a shelter or rehomed to strangers.
That’s why every puppy we breed comes with a lifelong guarantee: if, for any reason, a family can no longer keep their dog, we will always take them back.
A responsible breeder’s job isn’t finished at the point of sale and we take that responsibility seriously, for the dog’s whole life, not just puppyhood.
When one of our dogs comes back to us (whatever their age) we don’t just find them the next available home. We take the time to properly get to know them again.
• A full personality and behaviour assessment, so we understand exactly who they are now, not who they were as a puppy
• A customised training plan, built around that individual dog, addressing anything they need extra support with before or during their move to a new family
• Ongoing guidance for their new owners, so the transition is set up to succeed from day one
This means any dog we rehome isn’t simply passed on as-is, they arrive with the benefit of professional assessment and training behind them, ready for their next chapter.
As such, rehomed dogs are not offered free of charge; a fee applies to reflect the assessment, training, and care that goes into preparing them for their new family.
